Family owned and operated apartment complexes all through out San Francisco totaling over 50 units. I'm bilingual in rent control and Section 8. :D I've learned much working for my parents, and now feel that I'm ready to take that step and venture off into my own investments. I lack knowledge in the "borrowing" department and hope BP will help me fill those gaps.

Because I'm young, and don't have much capital, San Francisco is way to expensive for me to start out. I have my eyes set on the Pittsburg/Antioch area. Possibly Oakland, or anywhere in between. I plan to someday match my parents in rental units, 50+. :D Wish me luck!
