Hey you guys !! I know this is a California forum only, but I heard that many people from your state had been investing in our market here in San Antonio. Just thought I'd offer a helping hand to those of you who've been thinking about investing and finding properties here. Homes are being built and sold left and right and I've absolutely seen people who've been living in their homes for only 3-4 yrs and decided to sell their house for the equity.
