Hello everyone,

Except for a bit of networking over this past summer with some folks on BP, I am new to most people here and wanted to introduce myself. I'm Chris Driscoll, an architect in Los Angeles who, along with my brother and our significant others, is venturing into the real estate world. We have discussed real estate over the last few years and are ready to dig deep, learn, network, and find our first deal. Our goal is first to find a multi-family opportunity here in Los Angeles (or surrounding areas) that can work as a hybrid rental/house hack/rehab/appreciation property. Difficult - I know, but never say never! Additionally, we plan to invest out of state in the Cincinnati / Covington, KY / Newport, KY region (and potentially Pittsburgh, our home city, way down the line). Steelers > Bengals anyway - right?

We found BP after meandering through the various podcasts and website gurus and have already learned a ton in a few short months. With patience, networking, and some ingenuity we hope to get started in 2018/2019 on our journey to financial security for our families as well as growing a network that gets forged here on BP!

Cheers, and I look forward to future discussions with you all.

Chris
