Hello Everyone. My name is Jake Webb and I am living in Irvine, CA. I have been 'learning' about real estate for 3 years now but haven't acted on it. I have now made a commitment to myself to purchase my first (multi Family) unit within the next 12 months. I am looking to at properties in the greater Phoenix, AZ area and targetting a 4-8 unit property. 

I am also looking to get involved professionally in this industry specifically in the property management or renovation side of the business for exposure and added knowledge. I will be attending both the San Diego Sept 7th and the Sept 12 Long Beach meet ups. Looking forward to meeting the community and building long-lasting working relationships.
