Hey guys,

I love the website you have here. You got the whole community involved and everyone is really looking out for each other. Whenever I go about learning new things, I always try to research a lot and weigh my options. I've already discovered there are some pitfalls people can find themselves in when getting into this business.

Rather it is not making sure you have the right cash flow amount or you end up trusting the wrong people. I'm really glad I found this group of people and look forward to learning a lot from all of you! I'm 30 and going from a retail career back to a military one but I plan to start in real estate little by little over time.
