Wooster Ohio Investor Introduction

Hi I'm Jacob Graf! A few things about me....

-I am 21 years old and live in Wooster, Ohio with my parents

-Currently, I own and manage a duplex which I bought about a year ago in a nearby town

-Last May, I graduated from the University of Akron with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, I start my first real job in a week!

-Because I enjoy engineering, my involvement in RE is more for the purpose of building long term wealth and an enjoyable lifestyle

In the near future, I would like to set up a system for investing in small, out-of-state, multi-family properties. Even though the returns in my area are good, investing this way will force me to "work on my business and not in it". If you are reading this, and know of any resources that will aid in my learning of this strategy, please inform me! I would greatly appreciate it!

One thing I would like to ask from the more seasoned PB members reading this; please list a few ways that I can be benefited the most from my BP membership.

I look forward to learning and growing in my RE knowledge on BP!
