Hi Everyone, new investor from Port Moody , BC.... looking for advise from seasoned investors in finding  a good investment. 

Only real estate experience I have is when my husband and I bought our house 12 years ago.Now that our house have a good equity, I am thinking of using that equity towards purchasing an investment property. Thanks!
