New to investing living in NYC looking in NJ for Multifamily prop

New to Real Estate Investing and living kn NYC working as an Architect. 

I'm looking at NJ for a rental property preferably a duplex.  I've been told Sussex county is a good place to start.  Any advice on where to look?
