New to BG (Providence, RI)
Hey guys,
Looking to network with like minded people in the RI market (and surrounding areas). Experienced in RE auctions, fix/flips, wholesaling, property management, project management & development on both residential and commercial properties. Looking to meet others who want to expand their contacts and grow their business.
Thanks and look forward to hearing back from you.

@Derek Brazeau Welcome to Bigger Pockets! A lot of the kind of folks you're talking about are active here on the BP forums, so if you have specific questions about any of those areas I'd encourage you to ask :)
If you're looking to meet people offline there are several good investor groups in the RI and southern Mass. area including RIREIG and Black Diamond REI. In general if you're going to such a group, look for ones focused on networking and education, not selling things to the members/attendees. I've been to both RIREIG and Black Diamond and they seem to be about education rather than selling, but there are probably others in the RI vicinity I haven't gone to yet.
The other advice I could give is, pick one or two of the above areas rather than trying to focus on all at once. Each of those areas has an entirely different set of skills and things to learn, so while you may end up doing them all over time, I'd say start with one or two to begin with.
Hope this helps!
