Nice site. I am here to learn a few things and also share some info If I can. Most importantly I am here to meet some people and maybe find a qualified investor.

I work as a real estate agent and also with my father (homebuilder/developer). We are still trucking along through a horrible market. One of the few local builders left.

There are some great opportunities right now. It is a damn shame the bank are not lending any money to builders.
