Hey everyone,

I've officially joined BiggerPockets, where I can hopefully, actually get some bigger pockets.  I'm a relatively new investor to the Savannah, Georgia area, and I look forward to learning everything I can about real estate.  A little about me, I'm currently 26 years old, from Savannah, and work in the Finance Dept of Gulfstream Aerospace.  It's a great company, but as I sit here in my cube right now, I can't help but think about real estate.

I've been in real estate for almost a year now, and I own a duplex (rent one side and live in one side) and a 3b 2bth house, which I renovated and am now renting out.  I hope to buy another property within the next 6 months.  My goal going forward is to scale up, buying as many properties as possible by any means possible (conventional or creative financing).  I love to network and to learn new strategies, so please don't hesitate to reach out.

Looking forward to a continued learning process here on BP.
