Hello to the Bigger Pockets community!

My name is Demario Bland and Im located in Kansas City, Mo. Ive recently came across a few videos on youtube that exposed me to real estate wholesale investing using no credit and small amounts of cash to get started. What I learned in the short amount of time has really peaked my interest.

Looking for advice as far as where to start, what to read, resources that I'll need to find properties, marketing etc. Also seeking to connect with wholesalers in the Kansas City metropolitan area.

All responses are greatly appreciated

@Demario Bland welcome! I am a flipper and noticed most of the new wholesalers have difficulty in estimating rehab cost. Most investors, who have been around the block, will joke about the 5k house that only needs paint and carpet. (It is about as real as unicorns and dragons)  You can only truly learn your numbers but doing. So link up with a flipper. Learn what things cost. Make sheets. Figure out how good GCs and flippers price things.

You can read The Book on Estimating Rehab Cost by Jay Scott. Great starting point.
