New member in Tulsa Oklahoma
I my name is Seth McNamar. I live in Tulsa Oklahoma. I am new to real estate investing buy many of my family members at one time or another have worked in the real estate profession as agents. I am looking at one sfr home right now that has a lot of equity for what the owner is wanting to sell it for but I don't have much in terms of finances. So I am on my pursuit to figure out the best creative way to finance the deal. :) I am also very interested in multi family. I want to house hack with my wife so we can use that money that we would be saving and put that toward more real estate investments. I am getting in to real estate to change my families future. It struck me one day that if things stay the same way as they are now my parents will leave me no inheritance what so ever. I decided that from that moment forward that I would do what ever it took to change that for the future generations of my family. I am very ambitious and not afraid of hard work. Thanks for reading and have a great day.

Welcome to BP, and congratulations on making the decision to invest in your future via real estate.
I have written a few blog posts that may help you get started here on BP, and with your investing. Please click on the links, give them a read, and share your thoughts in the comments.
First is a post that I feel will help not get overwhelmed with the amount of info that is here on BP:

The second is a post that will help get you focused with your real estate investing goals:

The last one is a post that will help you choose an “investor friendly” real estate agent.
There are many agents out there, but it’s important to choose the right one.
I love answering questions if you have any! Good Luck :)
