Hello BP! First time poster from Columbus, Ohio...listener to the podcasts for about a month now. Don't know a ton about real estate (yet), but looking to be able to financially get started investing in the next 6 months. Reading as much as I can until then.

Thinking I want to get into buy & hold investing with SFH or small multi-family, as a start. Would love to connect with forum members, especially anyone local to chat real estate with.
