 Hello to all @ BP, 

  Just starting out after finally working up the courage. Veteran currently living in California looking to start investing out of state, probably in Texas (DFW area) which is where I'm from originally, in rentals for the long term. Leaning towards single and small multi's to begin and get me started. Any and all advice is welcome!! :)
