New Investor Intro: BP Podcast Veteran, but BP forums Rookie

Hey,

Who: My name is Kevin and I'm a long time listener to BP podcasts and many other real estate podcasts, but I'm just getting started with the forums.  I really don't do any social media at all, but BP seems to be a great platform, so I'm jumping in.

What: I invest in SFRs with a focus on Section 8 (it's not as bad as you think).  I have 6 properties across metro Atlanta.  I plan to transition to multi-family in the coming years.

Where: I live in the metro Atlanta area (Gwinnett County).  I've lived in metro Atlanta for about 28 years.

When:  I started investing in real estate in spring of 2017.

Why: Simply put, I invest for freedom.  I'm on BP to learn and help any way I can.  Although, I'm new please let me know if I can help in any way.  I know a lot about the surrounding metro Atlanta counties, I'm  very familiar with the section 8 process in Georgia and I have some experience managing properties, so hopefully I can help somebody.
