Hola! I'm Jennifer Lopez and I'm brand new to REI. Hoping to learn as much as possible and help others as I become acclimated.

My background is in healthcare sales and marketing. I currently consult with physicians across Houston to help them grow their practice through social media and traditional marketing efforts => I'm so over it and ready for something new and exciting - REI - !!!

Specifically, I'm looking for fix & flips and buy & holds, to get started.
