Tenants during bathroom remodel

Hi, I'm wondering if anybody has any experience with a unit with one bathroom that needs a bathroom remodel in the middle of a tenant's lease. The remodel is because of a leak so it needs to be done now, I'm wondering how the tenants are going to live there during a four-day job. Any thoughts or input is appreciated!
