Hello BP, my name is Jamal Morris and I represent Sirrom Capital (commercial bridge funding), Bespoke Financial (real estate financing), and Sigport Investment Co. (real estate portfolio management). Sirrom Capitals Private Lenders Network consist of Individual Investors, IRA's, Trust, Pension Plans, LLC's, and Corporations. The PLN is set up to fund 1st Position Trust Deeds, also known a mortgage loans. The short term loans are typically 12-18 months with interest only payments distributed monthly to the Lenders.
