Hello all My name is Jimmy. I was fortunate enough to purchase a foreclosed home and was able to repair and lived in it for 10 years (2008) The misses had an opportunity to work from portland and we took it. We bought a new home over in Beaverton and in a process of moving there. I was able to rent my home already, but really want to learn more about investing out of state. We were looking at Portland to invest, but we ended up purchasing a home in Beaverton due to the great schools (we have 2 kids) and the homes being much affordable. Looking forward to learning and hoping to being able to purchase my 3rd home (2nd investment property)
