I have deen a handyman man for 25 years. Have remodeled two of my own homes.

I’m now in a position to find a property. I even have my eye on one close by that is perfect for me. I think seller finance is the best route. But not only tied to that option. One of the many questions I have is is  or where do I go to find a good contract to present to the seller? And do I call the realtor on the sign or have a realtor of my own make the call?

   Thank you

Monty
