Financing Question

N/A N/A

First post here guys !!! I am a small time investor for about eight years now. I have done some creative financing including seller financing in the past . About nine months ago I acquired two partners , formed an LLC and started investing with them . We have purchased four properties ( two family rentals)and currently have a four unit in the works . These have all been cash deals to this point . What we would like to do now is to start to mortgage them out and continue on with our investing . We all have good credit , 700 and above , but we are running into trouble finding a lender that has the products we need. At first it was a problem because the properties were not seasoned . Then some lenders only wanted to deal with an LLC of only two memebers or less. I had a hard time believing that one myself . We were even willing to go the commercial route (loans) , but because the buildings are not commercial that was the next problem . Could anyone out there tip me off to some decent lenders that we can deal with . Next week I am going to contact some new brokerage houses and see where it takes us , but for now any help would be appreciated .

Thank You !!
