Hello All.
Just thought I would say Hi. I just registered after browsing this forum on & off for several months.

I'm a small business owner that happens to also have a few rental properties here in SoCal. With all the housing troubles in '08-'09 it seemed like a good idea. So far it has been.

Now I'm here getting ideas on how to acquire some more... Don't know yet how active I'll be... time will tell...
