Funds for real estate

hello I have complaints filed against a contractor who didnt complete a flip with contractors license board, attorney general office, as well as his bond company. Results to be compensated financially is a ways off so my question is are there any way to receive funds to finish a project/flip? Possibly $5000-$10000
