Hello from a new(ish) investor in Longmont, CO!

Hi all,

My name is Arneil and I’m a new(ish) investor based in Longmont, CO. My first (and so far only) investment property was my primary residence in Santa Clara, CA, which has been a rental for a little over a year. I recently joined BP because I’m looking to grow my investment portfolio in the coming months. To that end, I’ve been listening to the podcast (starting from square one, currently episode 15 and counting) and educating myself as much as I can (#ultimatebeginnersguide).

I have a regular day job as an online help content specialist in Boulder, and my family (an amazing wife and 2 equally-amazing kids) is excited for this next adventure in real estate investing. My current plan is definitely buying and holding single-family properties in multiple states, hopefully moving to multi-family units in the future as I gain more experience. I’m currently in the thick of David Greene’s book Long-Distance Real Estate Investing, and am learning a ton.
