Hey Everyone! I just wanted to hop on here and introduce myself! My name is Eric and I'm about to be a college graduate looking to get into investing in RE. I'm in the Greenville, SC area. I've got my first house under contract with the intent to do a House hack and a BRRRR at the same time. So glad to be a part of this community!
