Manchester NH, my niche!

My name is Eric, Owner/Lessor of 12 units here in Manchester, currently increasing my holdings. I self manage these units, outsourcing the maintenence to list of specialists. Working in a financial planning firm full time, holding my series 7, 66, life, accident, health, and NH real estate licenses. I live investing, using real estate as a part of my overall financial plan and hobby.

At this point my real estate hobby is fast becoming part of my career, at this point I am looking to take on partners or work with investors. I am a specialist in this area, and cannot wait to be in a position to make myself and future partners/investors serious money. I am not out to "beat" or "time" the markets, but rather follow an institutional investment philosophy for long term benefits. I have earned some great short term profits, all while staying on course for the long-term.

If I wanted to stretch myself thin like so many before me in the late 80's and even in recent years, I would not take on investors/partners. However I realize the long term benefits of working with others to create true wealth, and a solid business model.

I look forward to meeting others and learning.........

-Eric
