Beginner in Philly Learning the Ropes

Hello BP! I'm Damon a newbie and I'm really interested in real estate. I'm trying to learn as much as I can especially wholesaling, rehabbing and financing (the Brrrr System aslo). This is a great site and I'm learning something new everyday. Hope to learn more soon especially from my fellow BP members. By the way, any advice on where to start in wholesaling first such as building a seller/buyer list and which one first? Thanks!
