options after being denied for a 203k loan

Hello!

I am a local investor in Rochester, NY.

So I learned about 203k loans and was super eager to apply and get approved.

I talked with a local bank, and because I have an LLC with over 20 properties, they believe I would not be approved for an FHA.

Has anyone been through this before?

I only own one house in my personal name, not attached to a business LLC.

Any Advice would be excellent!
