A new investing student from Croatia

Hello,

my name is Bruno and I come from Croatia.

I'm 23 years old and have been interested in real estate  for quite some time.

I've listened to a bunch of programs, attendet lots of courses and read books on real estate investing, but theoretical knowledge is something different from practical knowledge.

Croatia has a very beautiful coast and 18% of our GDP comes from tourism, so there is a lot of opportunity here, but currently I don't know of any real estate investor that I can talk to or work for so I'm looking forward to being active on this platform and follow peoples advice and journeys.
