Investor in need of agent to secure me next fix/flip project located in Philadelphia or South Jersey area, including surrounding suburbs any direction of center city approx up to 1 hour any direction.  Looking for single family home under $100,000+/-.  I have cash/hard money setup.  Looking to make immediate deal today.  Need agent to develop long term working relationship that will help bring me bank deals, off markets deals; etc...and build strong working relationship; that can get deals done fast and with ease.  Experienced agent please; that understands and gets it done.
