Pseudo newbie from SE Michigan

Hello All! 

Been "tinkering" in Real Estate for a few years and been on BP for a year or so.  Great resources here and from all that I have encountered, there are some fantastic people too.

My day job is the automotive industry and it pays the bills (for now).  Real Estate is quickly becoming my passion.  We currently have 3 rentals (5 doors) and have done 3 flips.  Recently purchased some residential lots and looking at building in the Fall.  I know... I need to focus!  =]
