Hello,

My name is Franbi and I am looking to start investing in multifamily property's, My wife and I are currently expecting are first kid and its something that has me excited but worried at the same time. I really can not wait to start in on this journey but like everyone else that is starting in this business it scares me a lot because there are so many number to consider and, I have a lot of family member that have done this and failed and I really don't want to see myself where they are at today. but to be honest that is why I have joined this community I feel that by reading the story everyone has to offer I will feel stronger and more equipped to do my first deal. And take my family from pay check to pay check to financial freedom.
