Hello from south Central PA

Hello BP community, my name is Neal Wells and i live in Hanover PA (south central PA) I i work a full time job as a UPS driver i love my job! My last job was with the American Red cross which i held for about 7 years. I became a supervisor there with no college degree and geld the position for 4 years.  In the holiday season before my departure i took a second job loading UPS trucks from 3-8am then headed the Red Cross until about 6:00pm then drove an hour home. After realizing where i would be in 4 years with UPS as a driver vs working at the American Red Cross i made the change it was a no brainer. 

I am looking into real estate investing for a few reasons:

1. Give my wife more financial freedom first.

2. Start some kind of animal rescue under a 501c.

3. I like nunbers and even better analyzing them! 

4. Build long term wealth

I have been listening to the BP podcast for about 2 weeks now and picking up a lot and not slowing down! I am still trying to figure out what niche i will start in like rentals using the brrr strategy or just straight flipping.  Recently while i am learning i have been telling people and already have contacts made with 2 GCs and an HVAC.  I feel right now at this stage i should be learning and gaining contacts so when i find that deal i can pounce and move quickly and have some ducks in a row.
