I just wanted to say hi to everyone! I have been a realtor and want to become more involved in real estate investing. I have been learning all I can and hope to position myself to be a resource for others as I learn more and take on new challenges myself. I have been on Bigger Pockets for a year or so and love listening to all the podcasts. Keep up the great work guys! I have learned most of what I know through BP.
