New Indianapolis out of state investor

Hey everyone! I'm a new real estate investor wannabe from the Silicon Valley. Lately, I've been absorbing as much REI knowledge as I can while I narrowed down my target market to Indianapolis, IN (I've lived there for a year some time ago). BP has already been an amazing resource already and I'm only getting started.

I'm looking to make buy my first <$100k SFH cash flow property in the next month or 2. Now just need to find tech forward real estate agent and property manager who won't mind investing their time into helping me make my first purchase!
