Refinancing & Investing
Hello all,
I currently own and actively manage a 5 unit property located in Bronx NY, and I would like to refinance and invest in another rental property. My goal is to continue expanding my rental portfolio through buying and holding. As much as I would love to acquire another property in NY, the market is too high and saturated. I’m coming to terms with the fact that my next investment may and should be out-of-state. What other locations can you suggest I look into for multifamily properties that aren’t too far from NYC? Any advice is welcome!
