Live In Flip VS buy&hold??

Hello! I decided to start out my first investment as a live in flip. I've refinished the kitchen and bathroom for GREAT deals so far. Now I am debating if this should actually be a sale or a rental? Anyone who does flips and rentals have advice??? Before and after pics
