Hello all,

Im Matt and i am interested in buy and hold in Maryland.I am new and have not invested in any properties yet. I have been reading books on the subject and plan on attending a seminar in the near future.

My question : Does anyone have experience with renting in Westminster MD ( more specifically SFH) ? If so, how do you like it? What are your vacancy rates? Would you recomend it?
