Hey Good Morning, my name is Steve from Jamaica Queens. Looking to wholesale here. I do have a question on the sales agreement can we write in able to assign or are there contracts with this verbiage that we or I can be in compliance with realtor laws to let the sellers aware that I can assign our contract to another investor buyer?
