Hey Everyone, My name is Josh and I am from Toronto. I am very interested in small multi unit properties to buy and hold as rentals. I am also interested in note investing. I used to be a real estate agent and I love the real estate industry. I have a few connections in various trades as well as agents. My wife, and brother in law are also interested in being partners with me. I was also thinking of investing in Peterborough because I have lived there for 4 years and know it has a strong student rental market.
