Hi,

My name's Mike, I'm from Greensboro, NC, and am in the beginning process of investing in this city.  I haven't made any deals yet, but I've been reading a lot, educating my self, and building some capitol to work with.  Right now I'd like to start connecting with more experienced investors, and some local professionals.  My plan is to buy distressed properties, fix them, and then rent them out in order to replace my income from my day job (as an engineer).  I'm planing on heading out to the TREIA meeting later this month, and am going to try to go to the deal-makers meeting this evening, so maybe I'll see some of y'all there!
