Hello everyone!

My name is Clara!

I'm totally new to this have many ideas. Very excited!! I was hopping to talk to people's in my area, and or get ideas on how to start.. I'm more of a hand on person and or would like to fallow step by step. I find it easier to talk or run ideas off of others. I'd like to know how to start from scratch this addvenchure and be in it for the long hall. !  Theres so much out there on all this stuff . Ive been taking notes and actively trying to apply what I'm learning. I have a deal in mind. I just need to take that leap but before I do I want to know that I've don't my best as to where I can land a great deal to set up for future deal's.
