Hi Everyone!

My name is Joe and I've been an out-of-state real estate investor for eight years. I live in Los Angeles and have a job as an engineer. I currently own four SFH in Texas, Tennessee, and Missouri.

My goal is to grow my portfolio with strong cash flowing small commercial multifamily units (5-20 units). I admit that I don't have experience in the commercial MF area, but after finding BP two weeks ago, I've been learning a lot from reading blogs, forum discussions, Ultimate Beginners Guide, and obsessively listening to BP podcasts.

I'm super excited to be joining this community and I hope to be working with some of you in the future.
