Hello all,

I'm new here but I've been lurking and taking notes for a while. I'm now ready to get my feet wet and jump in to multi family opportunities. 

I'm looking at a few options right now with hopes of getting things off the ground with a 203K to start. 

Looking forward to contributing with my experiences and lessons learned as they come up. Any tips, tricks, and advice would be greatly appreciated!
