New member from Hoboken, NJ

Hi Everyone!

My name is Craig and I am located in Hoboken. I am interested in starting off with some SFH or a smaller MFH to buy and hold. Given the property prices in Hoboken I have been considering the surrounding areas (Heights, Bayonne, Newark) but I am also open to other locations within a couple hours drive - I have seen people mention Allentown or areas around Philly.

If anyone has any advice or suggestions on where to start looking it would be greatly appreciated.

I would love meet more people in the area so I am always up to grab a coffee with any locals!
