New Investor from Southern California

Hi,

My name is Fahad and I am long time bigger pockets lurker but first time investor. I have done extensive research regarding real estate and now finally ready to dive into the industry. I am looking to invest in Southern California and have access to around $200k of capital and want to get into properties that need a bit of work. I am looking to apply the BRR method to my first property. 

I am looking to network and find professionals that could help me get started and can introduce me to their network. I am eager to learn from seasoned professionals in the industry. I currently reside in San Francisco, but will be looking to move to Anaheim in early September. Looking forward to connect with everyone!
