Hello everyone! My name is Vedran Rimarcuk. I am a resident of Brookfield, Wisconsin (Greater Milwaukee Area) with eight years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Finance. I recently began a new career as a Mortgage Broker with Marcus and Millichap Capital Corporation. I am responsible for securing commercial debt and equity financing for an array of property types, including multi-family, retail, office and industrial, self-storage, senior housing and hospitality. I am a 31-year old married man and have a five month old baby boy. I love real estate, watching and playing sports, trying new restaurants, and traveling with my family and friends. I am brand new to the BiggerPockets community. I recently joined with hopes of meeting other real estate professionals on the Forums, learning about their experiences, and developing new relationships as I start to build my book of business as a Mortgage Broker.
