Hello everyone.

I have recently started connecting to this site and is unbelievable all the useful information. I have been listening to many of the podcasts and have really learned a lot. I'm just starting to learn a bit about real estate and would love to get some knowledge from all of the EXPERTS (everyone here)!!! 

I want to start getting into real estate as to make some extra money apart from my full time job? Any recommendations on how to start?
