Hello BP community! I am a newbie investor looking for real estate opportunities in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex. I am primarily interested in smaller multi-family properties (4-25 units). I have a full-time job that pays well, so I am focusing on properties that will produce passive income. I also want to meet other real estate investors in the metroplex. Thanks! Grant
